Chanel's is always one of the most awaited parades in the framework of Paris fashion Week. In this atypical edition, the French house has wanted to take the world of cinema as inspiration, changing the boastful Hollywood for the French cinema of the 1960s. Under the lyrics of Chanel, which stood in the middle of the Grand Palais as if the Los Angeles hills were concerned, more than sixty different designs began to parade in a palette of colors in which roses, blacks and whites took all the lead.
Among all these maison proposals, novel neon prints, the already recurring two-piece sets, but also some formulas that have already been crowned as authentic trends this season and which, according to Chanel's dictates, will remain so in Spring / Summer 2021.
Second skin
Leather garments and skin effect are a strong trend this season. Although they are associated with the cold season of the year, Chanel proposes lighter and more malleable versions to continue to wear the entire leather look also in spring.
LENTEJUELES
The most prominent festive motif of the season after sneaking into walkways of all firms, from Givenchy to Burberry. Chanel sees (and goes up) the wager in the warm half of the year and proposes the sequins in a very elegant black color and in ensembles made up of CAPRI pants and jacket.
FLECOS
How could this detail be missing in a collection dealing with film glamour? The fringe, which we are both seeing this season in all kinds of garments, such as jackets or the already desired Prada skirt, and even in accessories such as bags,
CHALECOS
The star garment will be maintained next year, Chanel proposes a version with buttons and possibility to carry open front to the knit closed.
CARDIGANS
