'Fashion re-' is a business initiative promoted by Caritas and aimed at promoting social and solidarity economy through reuse, recycling and the sale of used clothing, with the main objective of generating social and sustainable employment, according tosources from this humanitarian organization reported in a statement.

The fashion 'fashion of Caritas Diocese of Cartagena has been created with a modern and current image, which wants to break the stereotypes that are associated with second-hand stores.There are currently seven people in vulnerability between the store, the warehouse and the collection service, following the demanding cleaning, disinfection and access control protocols implemented after the outbreak of the COVID19.

This is the first store in the Region of Murcia and the number 105 of 'fashion re-' in Spain.Following the health crisis, Cáritas wants to emphasize especially the value of these projects framed in the social and solidarity economy.

Those suitable garments to offer them a second life are put on sale in one of their own 100 stores, where, in addition, the people who need it can also acquire their garments, through a normalized purchase experience and without any cost.

With his activity, 'fashion re-' has generated 1.000 jobs, 500 of which are intended for people at a situation or risk of exclusion that they carry out within fashion their insertion itineraries.
