Likewise, details continue to emerge that could refute the statement that the authorities issued and in which they affirmed that the actor, who died at the age of 22, accidentally shot himself during a police chase on a highway in Cuautitlán Izcalli.

In an interview with the "First Hand" program, the lawyer for the actor's family indicated that there are no traces of gunpowder on Octavio Ocaña's clothes. Similarly, the cap does not have a bullet mark.

"I can tell you that neither the clothes nor the body of our beloved Octavio shows any sign of gunpowder, that is, he never fired. It should be noted that the Mexico State Prosecutor's Office determined that Octavio Ocaña accidentally shot himself with the gun he was carrying in his right hand, which caused his death when he was transferred to a hospital to receive medical care.
